Calling all brownie fans, big and small, to The Chocolateries! Our talented Chocolatiers and Pastry Chefs are known for crafting the ultimate brownies using the finest sustainably sourced chocolate. This winter, they’ve created 12 limited edition brownie flavours for you to discover, indulge in, and savour.
The best part? We’ll also be serving up a range of limited-edition Brownie Festival desserts and ice cream, plus hosted tasting sessions for the ultimate brownie experience.

Brownie Festival Tasting Sessions
Book your spot for this truly indulgent, gooey and chocolatey experience.
Participants can dream up their ultimate brownie from a range of fun and unique ingredients, and while that’s baking, get to sample eight brownie creations including bites, a hot chocolate and brownie ice cream. Only for $28 per person (plus booking fees). Spots are limited. Bookings are essential. Don’t miss out on this delicious experience!

Start your adventure by picking up a Chocolaterie Discovery Map at the Showroom. Wander through our stunning grounds on a seek-and-find mission to spot 12 hidden items. Complete the challenge and earn a yummy reward. It’s completely FREE and fun for the whole family. Burn off the energy in our orchard, wetlands, and landscape play areas, plus meet our resident farm animals too.
Afterwards, head to the production window and watch our talented Chocolatiers handcrafting an amazing array of favourites, classics, new creations and more… in action!
