Strawberry Affair Tasting Sessions
If you love the divine combination of strawberries and chocolate, you'll swoon over our hosted Tasting Sessions held at select dates and times during 'Strawberry Affair' 16-27 October. Join us for 45 minute hosted sessions devouring 12 different mini choc-berry creations we've made to celebrate this culinary match made in heaven. Just $20pp, bookings essential. Special Chocolaterie High Tea events
HIGH TEA - Enjoy a refreshing drink on arrival, followed by decadent petite delights, scones, ribbon sandwiches, pastries and endless organic local teas, barista coffee and real hot chocolates. Served at our shared long table in our private 'experience room' by our friendly team with each creation introduced by our Head Pastry Chef and French Chocolatier.
FAMILY HIGH TEA - Enjoy a fun family friendly high tea served at private tables in our Pod Cafe. Adults will enjoy a refreshing drink on arrival, followed by decadent petite delights, scones, ribbon sandwiches and pastries created by our team of talented chefs and French Chocolatiers plus endless organic local teas, barista coffee and real hot chocolates. Children will be treated to delightful and creative pastries and savoury treats plus endless milkshakes and hot chocolates. And what better way to conclude our Family High Teas than with a decadent chocolate fountain with a wonderful selection of dipping treats to devour! Children must be accompanied by an adult.
* Please contact us on 5263 1588 at least 48 hours prior to your High Tea sitting to confirm your dietary requests - but note we cannot adopt the menu to gluten free or dairy free variations, only vegetarian or nut free on request (please consider items are made in an environment that has nuts present). Our HIGH TEA menu is created for adults but children over the age of 8 are welcome if accompanied by an adult (unfortunately our private 'experience room' High Tea setting is not suitable for infants and younger children). FAMILY HIGH TEA is suitable for all ages.

Become a Junior Chocolatier
In a 45 minute Junior Chocolatier Class held in our ‘parent free zone’, children aged 6 – 12 years can learn from our chocolatiers how to make their very own chocolate creations. $40 includes personalised badge, chef’s hat and apron, graduation certificate plus take home three chocolate creations to enjoy.

Make a Chocolate Discovery
This one hour hands on Chocolate Discovery Class is filled with an abundance of chocolate and truffle tastings, the chance to learn about how chocolate is made and inspiration behind each of our specialty ranges with our European Chocolatiers. Your chocolate education concludes with the chance to create your own personal chocolate bar and delve in giant lollipop making fun. $48 per person.

Taste & Create Rocky Road Workshop
Discover the taste of 12 of our most popular chocolates from our specialty ranges. Craft your very own Rocky Road creation choosing from over 50 exotic ingredients to blend with our couverture milk, dark and white chocolate.
Have fun creating your own Rocky Road masterpiece in a 30 minute hands-on session. $20 per person.
